Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and any amount due has been paid. Quoted prices remain indicative until confirmed, because airline fares and vehicle availability change continuously.
We act as an intermediary between you and the airline, vehicle operator or other supplier. The supplier's own terms — fare rules, baggage allowances, rental conditions — apply to your booking. We provide those terms to you before payment.
Payment terms are stated on each quote. Service fees, where charged, are shown separately and become non-refundable once a booking has been issued.
Cancellation and change charges are set by the airline or vehicle operator, in addition to our service fee. We will confirm the total cost to you before processing any change.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates and contact details you provide, and for holding valid travel documents — passport, visa, driver's license and any required insurance — for your journey.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, mechanical failure, weather, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid to us.
